I saw a movie years ago... (like 30) about zombies... all I remember is the ending. Someone was on a train, I believe escaping and in the distance you could see a cave... where I think it all began... I don't remember any more but had nightmares for days... any ideas?

Could be the title the blind dead at the end of movie one person gets away on a train if same one I had night mares four days seen at driving back in the late 70's
