I am 24 years old and my boyfriend and I for the last 3 years have been using the pull out method.Ive always been regular on my period but this month it was about 10 days late and only lasted about 2 1/2 days the first day were extremely painful cramps with mild to heavy bleeding and the second day was very light, light enough to only need a panty liner.During that time I had severe back pain and constant headaches that came and went throughout the day and still comes and goes. I am not lethargic nor am I eating everything in sight I get slightly nauseous from time to time but not enough to produce vomit and recently when I blow my nose there is a spot of blood .I am really hoping someone that has had a similar experience would please give me some answers.I am extremely terrified of taking a pt test and seeing a positive sign even though I know the fault is my own.
Thanks in advance

So not birth control at all... you must have been trying to get pregnant. Pull out method is just as effective as wearing pink panties on your head for birth control.
You are going to have to take a HPT... and the odds are good you are.

I will agree, it sounds like you are, and people who use pull out are soon called parents, it seldom works, and at best just lowers the sperm, not stop them.
So I agree, you choose not to use any birth control pills, or condoms, I does sound like you were trying to get pregnant to me also.
But now you do a pregnancy test, do it first thing in the morning with the first urine of the morning.
