My year lease was up May 31. I was in the process of buying a house and asked my landlord if I could do an month to month lease. She agreed and I signed a month to month lease that ends July 31 which she stated would also be my 60 days notice. She verbally told me if I didn't sign another year lease after July 31 I would have to move. Now she saying that I need to write an 60days notice until she receive it, I will relievable for the rent for the next two months because I did not give her written notice before June 1st which she added in her hand written lease. I did not receive a copy until she emailed it to me June 22, 2012. I live in PA
