Hi, I have a ragdoll kitten that's a few months old now and the odd time she has been getting her poop stuck to her bum. The other day it got really stuck and I had to try to get it all off and it was stuck to her fur too! Sometimes, she even steps in her own poop in the cat litter. NOW she has clumping litter in her litter box, is it possible her litter is what's causing it? PLEASE any advice would help, thanks.

Do you scoop at least once a day and keep the litter clean? You may have to clean it more than once a day. Does she have diarrhea? Does she cover her poop completely?

It does not look like Diarrhea, but she doesn't always cover her poop completely. BUT she does try to, I have watched her a few times try to cover her poop and sometimes she steps right into her own poop! Is that normal? And sometimes she just walks out of her litter box with poop attached to her bum, and I wasn't sure if maybe it's because of her fur because it's long and/or if she needs a different litter? Is it possible I could have put too much litter in her box and she didn't dig enough?

First of all, she's a baby and just figuring out this bathroom stuff. Also, she has long hair (like my rescued Maine Coon), so you're going to have to be watchful and keep her clean. If you are nearby, cover her poop for her (help her). She doesn't need tons of litter--maybe an inch deep in the pan?
