So my daughter is almost 2 and she nor I have seen or talked to her bioloigical father since oct of last year. We have went throw the courts for child support but non was giving. The only thing he had to do was keep insurance on her, but has never once followed up with that. I don't have a number to contact him and I really want to make it to where I can mover out of state with my husband and my daughter. What do I have to do to make it to where he can't stop me?

First, it is not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your question to its own thread.
I wonder why the father has not been required to pay support? But be that as it may, if there is no custody or visitation orders you are free to move. But the father could file to block it or have you return. Your husband could adopt your child and that would sever the father's rights.

You can try for adoption, you will have to notify the bio father and get his perimission, In most states you can not take away his rights.
To move you are suppose to also go though the courts, if there is any type of child visitation order in place.
