Sounds like he is not having a problem, I think you misunderstand the climax for women, and have watched too much movies. Women seldom climax during actual sex, they need to do so before they begin perhaps a couple times, or at least afterwards. Often the man gets lazy after, so push for the before.

It sounds like he is doing fine, and the position used works for him. I'm worried that you aren't receiving full pleasure. Have you ever been on top so that you can control the situation?
