You can file by yourself, or file jointly with your wife and claim ALL world-wide Income while claiming the Foreign Tax for your home country

Taxes paid.

Your wife and child will need to submit Form W-7 to apply for ITINs.

You will get THREE $3,800 personal exemptions and the $11,900 standard deduction.

Thanks very much for answering my query.

I wouldlike to know If I can claim 3 exemptions on 70K dollars of my annual pay, Could you please help me the rough estimate of getting my monthly take home pay? How much approx can I get as a take home pay after claiming the exemptions.

Thanks in advance.

Those calculations require use of Circular E. You can dowload it from Internal Revenue Service (http://www.irs.gov) to do themselves.
