I had the mirena iud placed in January this year, and got it removed last week on the 25th. I didn't bleed, and never had a period while I had the mirena placed. My boyfriend and I have been together for about a year and a half now, and have never used condoms.. We have had sex three times since I got the iud removed, and right now I'm having horrible pains up inside.. it feels almost like pressure or cramps, but also like a knife. And the pains only last about a minute each time. I keep looking online for answers but everything keeps saying that its either an infection, or a cyst. But nothing has had an iud involved.. whats happening?
