Hello,
I purchased a RTH110B thermoset, and I need help wiring it. I have a Carrier furnace with air. The furnace has a C terminal with a black wire, a Y with a orange and a yellow wire, a GC with a black wire, a GH witch is blank, a R terminal with a red wire, and a W terminal with a white wire.

The thermostat has a RH jumped to a RC terminal with a red wire, a W terminal with a white wire, aY terminal with an orange wire, and a G terminal with a black wire. Can anyone tell me if this is correct?
Thank, Larry

I can tell you how it is suppose to be wired but you may have to determine the color of the wires.
At the thermostat.

The R. terminal should have a Red wire, this red wire should connect to the R terminal at the furnace.

The white wire should be connected to the W terminal and the White should connect to the
W terminal at the furnace.

The orange wire should connect to the Y terminal and then the Orange wire connects to the Y terminal at the furnace.

The Black wire should connect to the G terminal and then the black wire connects to the G terminal at the furnace.

Now you should find a separate set of wires that are only two wires that go to the condensing unit outside. One of these wires should connect to the C terminal at the furnace the other wire should connect to the Y terminal that already has the orange wire from the thermostat. If this helps let me know. If it doesn't work look for a blown fuse on the circuit board.

The orange and black wires are more common in heat pump installations. I think you need to look at the sticky, https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/heating-air-conditioning/heating-cooling-maintenance-repair-troubleshooting-frequently-asked-questions-58313.html It is a great resource. Once you have identified what your system is, check the section on themostat wiring. Check the directions that came with the thermostat and make sure it can be used with a heat pump if that is what you have.

Wire color is only to identify it for us. A orange wire will work fine in place of a yellow one if both ends are connected to the Y terminal.
