I need the title of an American movie I saw around 1994 or 1995. I saw it at a theatre shortly after it was released.

A confidence man, who owns a demolition company, swindles our hero. Our hero's revenge is to con the con man into demolishing the local Internal Revenue Service building. The con man demolishes the IRS building on the weekend when nobody is around. The con man has been told that this is the way the IRS wants it done.

The end of the movie is when the con man realizes the truth. He must now deal with the police and the IRS.

I thank you for your reply. Before I posted my question, I did my own research on the Internet as to what could be the movie's title. I read several summaries of "Opportunity Knocks". The summaries of "Opportunity Knocks" that I read didn't sound like the same movie that I saw in a theatre around 1994. Are you certain about your answer? Have you seen "Opportunity Knocks"?
