I work in a psychotherapy office; a group practice with about ten providers in spearate offices and a joint waiting room. The sound proofing is abyssmal. Clients can clearly hear the information discussed in the next room - HIPPA violation. The office space is rented within a larger building. I do not want to create ill will; can I complain anonymously?

Being as it is, it isn't a HIPAA violation; mention it to your boss.
