Help, this is our first winter in a new condo four unit building. It appears the garage floor is pitched toward the house and a flood of melting snow and ice are constantly at the entrance door. I can't see myself sweeping out water after every in and out with the car. Is there any products or solutions out there for me?
I know I can go back to the contractor for a re-pour but I doubt that will happen in my life time.

Perhaps a chat with the condo association, the local building inspector, or nothing else, a lawyer would reduce how long you would have to live. Something's are difficult to fix if not done right.

Several solutions come to mind. A re-pour would be nice but it would probably take a lawsuit to make that happen.
Another solution would be to install a Decko or French drain in the cement. This would consist of a trench cut in front of the garage door filled with gravel and grated over with a cast iron grate draining into an PVC pipe that direct the flow away from the garage. If you consider this I can give you links to grates that are manufactured for just this purpose Happy holidays, Tom

Thanks for the suggestions but a french drain or a law suit are not what I want to pursue now. I was looking more toward an absorbent solution.
