I have one year left on a 3 year lease for a mobile home lot. We sold the home and it was moved off the lot. The landlord agreed in November of 2011 to put a home on the lot and try to sell it. It is July 2012 and no new home is on the lot. Also, to our knowledge, the land lord has not advertised the open lot. Is it possible to relinquish this lease 1 year early? If the answer is yes, where do I start?
