Can anybody please help?
I've installed a game from a CD rom, but when I try to play the game, I'm getting a message I need a DX9 level driver. Can any body tell me if I can download this driver, and where do I get it from?
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
The first thing you need is the DirectX9.0c from Microsoft Windows Update. If you aren't using that version, download it from Windows Update.
Then, if it still doesn't work, go to your card's manufacturers' website, and click on either Drivers or Downloads, and download the latest drivers for your card.
For example, if you have Nvidia, go to www.nvidia.com, click on Drivers.

Hi David,
As Murray Said, this refers to the company who made the graphics card you are using in your computer. To find out who these are:
Right click on an empty part of your desktop and select "properties" from the list.
On the window that appears, click the "Settings" tab at the top right.
Then click the "advanced" button.
Then click the "adapter" tab at the top left.
Where it says "Adapter Type" is your make and model of graphics card, search on Google for this manufacturer and you should be able to find drivers for this card.
Good Luck
