Hi, My hair is bleached blonde, I then add a toner to make it more creamy looking, but this time the toner gave my hair a blue tings(not a good look) si I bleached it back, and I have now added a kolleston 8/0 light blonde with 9%, its OK ish but it has a khaki tinge too it, can I do anything to rectify this without damaging the hair, it is a little dry just now.
