So I am curious to know how realistic this is!

I had sex with a girl on March 10 and we took plan B the same day, thinking that our condom may have been torn and or to be safe! She then had unprotected sex March 21st the same night the Doctor said the Conception Date was!

Is it even possible for me to be the father after taking plan B and than she having sex the same day the Doctor said the conception date was? I guess I am just overly cautious and would like to know more??

I would need to know the first day of her last period to even venture a guess. Even with that you will need a DNA test to prove paternity.

Well, according to her, she tends to have them towards the end of every month and she fooled around with both guys in between her cycle!

The issue with conception dates is that they are good "give or take a week or two" they are educated guesses based on information given the doctor as to the last period, and estimated ovulation dates.

While yes, the odds are greatly in favor of the other man, There is a small ( ever so small) chance it still could be you.

Condoms have a high failure rate ( compared to other methods) even the Plan B is not 100 percent.

Man, I read posts and stories on how effective Plan B is and decided to go with it just to be safe! I guess all we can do is wait? She even believes it's this man, I was just curious if 11 days is a too far away to be a chance according to the conception date!
