I am 30 yrs old & my husband 34 yrs. I have marraiged 2 years before. My husband semen test result as below:
Colour: Greyish white
Amt: 3 ml 1.5-5
Viscosity: Viscous
Reaction: Alkaline
Liquification : 30 10-30
Total count: 60 mill/ml 60-150
Active motile: 55% >60%
Sluggish: 20%
Non-motile: 25%
Pus cells: 1-3/HPF
Epithelial cells: 0-1/HPF

According to Doctor Advice my husband has take below medicines
1. Paternia BD- Tab 2 last 3 months continuasly before launch & Dinner
2. Fertomid-25 mg - 1 tab after dinner. From last 20 days.

Doctor also advice me to take the below tabs (which I completed the course)-
1. Ecosprin-75- 1 daily
2. MCBM-69- 1 daily
3. Argipreg- 5 days
4. Dupmaston- 1 tab for 1for 10 day

Though his time also not seen any positive result.

Sir/Madam is anything serious. Please advice us.

I don't know what you mean by anything serious - this appears to be a problem of infertility.

My research indicates that Fertomid is a drug used to induce ovulation in females. It's prescribed for your husband?

I agree while I don't fully understand the medication, this is not my exact area.

But some men for various reasons are infertile, and cannot have children I am not sure if you call that serious. It appears he is being treated, and there may or may not be anything that can be done, and it could take months of treatment to make any changes.
