I don't know how this toolbar got on my computer in the first place. I went to my control panel... uninstalled the Incredimail toolbar... "My Start" is STILL here! After uninstalling the toolbar, I rebooted! How do I get rid of this nuisense? This was on IE9 & I have Windows 7-64 bit.

Ccleaner will help.
Great little free cleaning application, available here: ccleaner.com (http://www.ccleaner.com)
Have you installed incredimail on this machine ?
Also remember to turn OFF the toolbar in your browser..
