Hi, my brother owns a cleaning company that has had some success but due to a shortage of time has went back to square one. I would like to build and grow his business and make it into a very lucrative project, but I have no experience in this field. My question is, do you need liability insurance before you approach businesses to offer your cleaning services or only after you have already landed a contract? And would I need to incorporate the business? What if I'm only doing small coffee shops? Can I run without being incorporated or is it better to incorporate?
Thanks.
Thanks.
