Sci-Fi A space ship containing bio-domes each having a different type of environment (desert/rainforest etc). Some biospheres stop functioning properly (bad hyudraulics or sabateurs) and the crew/scientists realize there won't be enough water or oxygen to sustain themselves. Captain communicates with earth/ change of orders, and realizes he's been duped, and is actually piloting a giant nuclear weapon and goes rogue.
It is not Silent Running (Bruce Dern), I saw that yesterday, it's more modern...80's or 90's?. I remember the crew was more scientists than military, had at least 1 woman maybe 2 and the crew often jogged in their favorite biosphere/ environment. The captain was a white male with short cropped hair I think. Possibly 1 woman was trapped and murdered in the tropical environment. I don't remember much else, sorry.

Damn it... after looking up and finding the one I was thinking of... you ruled it out. As its was Silent running I was thinking of. Back to square one.

And I'm a huge fan of sci-fi... drawing a blank on any others... though I've probibly seen it before.
