Hi, I have a Moen "Aberdeen Chrome 2-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet" (link below.
Shop Moen Aberdeen Chrome 2-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet at Lowes.com (http://www.lowes.com/pd_236482-866-7592C_0__?productId=1238025&cm_mmc=PLA_Kitchen-_-Faucets-_-gps-_-Moen%20Aberdeen%20Chrome%202-Handle%20Pull-Down%20Kitchen%20Faucet&adtype=pla&cagpspn=pla)
They come with a life time warrunty and the wand broke. They sent a replacement pipe (or hose) and the wand. The problem I am facing is that how to remove the existing pipe which has big brass parts at both the ends and is not coming out. I have tried everything.
Any help will be appreciated. I can attach pictures but don't know how to do it here.

By "wand" I assume you mean the sprayer head. Correct? If it's just the sprayer head that's broke it unscrews from the hose. Simply replace the sprayer head. Good luck, Tom
