I have been charged twice for a kitchen I brought in 2003 throug loyds (black horse) who I paid by drect debit . Then in December 2006 loyds started the dricet debits again wiche I cancaled loyds then took a charging order on my house then sold the charging order to a debt componey I explaind to said componey that I had paid loyds . Recentley I sold my house I spoke to someone from the dedt and was told that if I sent proof i.e. bank statements they are now refuising to pay me back.

You have to file suit and prove that you paid them twice.
