Hi,

I am extremely thankful for your quick reply just before and I am very pleased with it

I need you professional help in this process in filing taxes,

One last question is can I file 2010 and 2011 tax returns electronically as single and then when I get ITIN number can
I file again 2010 and 2011 as jointly,I am asking you this question because at this point of time I need money for my expenses.

So lastly can you give me your contact number so that I can take your help in filing taxes and also explain you in detail,

Sorry for the inconvenience,

Looking forward for your reply,

Thanks

You should not file as single as you are married.
You will not be able to file electronically for 2010.
You can file on paper for 2010 with the ITIN application and then file electronically for 2011 (however, that might not go through if the IRS database is not updated with the new ITIN and you might have to file that on paper as well).
Is your wife still in the US?
If not you will need to get a certified copy with an apostille from your government.
