Are you sure it is a tear and not just a scratch? If it is a tear, it will have to be seen to by a surgeon, sown up, otherwise you are going to have a really bad infection in that area. All you can do is keep it clean, sure it burns, the salt in your urine will do that.

How fast will it heal and it don't feel like it is a tear but I got it right after sex a few nights ago I have been having sex with the same person for 4 months now

It will heal faster if you keep it clean and have relatively sedate sex for a couple of weeks. Keep dirty finger nails, wash hands thoroughly (him) before going near that area. After bowel movement make sure you wipe UP and not forward. Hygiene is the key here. When showering put the shower nozzle down and rinse well.
Sorry, I am in healthcae and a clean freak :)

You can, but it will only rub off. Get barrier cream from the drug store. It is called just that 'barrier cream' and is used for wounds in or around that area that will get contaminated and not heal.

I can't tell you amy, how long,we are all different. If you have a good immune system, and in that location, maybe a couple of weeks and you won't even know you had it. Don't forget that is a very moist area, that's why barrier cream will help. Please don't worry about it or it will never go away.
