I don't understand that either. Makes no sense to me. If she is leaving you because her best friend walk talk to her, let her go and good riddance. That is rather immature.

But I love her and I can't let her go. Can you explain this to me please. All right so her friend asked if she broke up with me and she said yes and no what does that mean?

I don't know what it means. Ask her!
If someone leaves you, you don't have a choice but to let them go.
How long were you two dating?

Well that sounds awfully strange. Maybe there was something else going on. At any rate, if she wanted out, you have to let her go.

So you were dating her since she was 14, most likely she is just at her age ready to move on to someone else.

And you let her go and you move on to someone else.

Good point Fr_Chuck
Could be she has simply grown out of you. She wants to have a life unattached or a relationship with someone else.
