If my landlord is being forclosed on and I am on a month to month agreement is she able to take the fridge and stove with no notice also how long do I have till I have to leave ? If its only pending you are correct a month to month requires a 30 day notice by either party. She can't walk in and take them with no notice.

If she did or tries again, I would call the police immediately. Let her just try and explain it to them.
