I have a 15 week out jack russell girl, she is pad trained however she will not go toilet outside. 1st thing we go outside then I take her for walks after every meal however she will save it up and go on her pad when we get home. I have tried moving the pad outside but she still won't go unless its inside (by the back door) any ideas?

That's the problem with pad training - and it's asked all the time.
Have you GRADUALLY moved the pad outside? I wouldn't move it a great distance, but I would sort of edge it from here to there to there.
Everyone I know who either paper trained or pad trained has this problem - and some dogs take a very long time (or never) get accustomed to not using the pads.
This would be like me suddenly telling you you can no longer use the toilet but here's the sink. You'd be confused, too.

I know the, breaders pad trained her and as we had her from 8 weeks she wasn't aloud to go out so we continued with the pads. My 6 year old pug was pad trained and we had no problem training him to go outside as he just marked his territory everywhere from day 1
