Had a dream that I was in my house but I knew I was sleeping because when I almost saw myself.in the mirror my hair was different and it didn't want me to look at.myself it was in someone body I know but I knew ot wasn't that person ( I've been in situations like this before) so I slapped it and it turned mean and I woke up could you please help me I'm scared of sleeping

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, it sounds to me as if you just had a strange dream. If this is something you dreamed often there may be an influence causing it. I wouldn't give it a second thought unless it becomes a problem.
