Heat tape will keep it from freezing up but if it already froze that means somewhere there is a leak or when unfrozen will leak also explains loss of pressure

The frozen pipe resolved now. But overall water pressure seems lower in shower and some sinks. Cannot find the leak yet. Cannot locate the exact pipe which was frozen in the past few years.
What to do?

Remove the shower head and check for debris. Do the same for the areators on the sinks that are slow.

Thanks. I can check all the shower heads. Where is the areator on the faucets? On one sink, the faucet is weak, but sprinkler head seems to have normal pressure.

The areator is the piece where the water flows out of the faucet at the end of the spout.

Thanks. I will give them a try. It is peculiar that all the faucets/shower heads are blocked /slowered down at one time. I am just hoping there is no crack in the pipe. No basememt flooding yet.
