I've been searching for this for 6 years so I hope someone can help!!
It's a children's movie I was obsessed with back in the late 90's, although it could have been made before that. The movie was a western theme, but ALL of the actors in the film were kids. There was the main character who was some kind of lone ranger type, who I think wore black and had curly hair. He then had a sidekick who seemed younger then him. His romantic interested was a brunette girl who wore a blue saloon type dress. My mom seems to think the film was foreign, either Australian or israeli. I just know its western and acted by all kids. I will be eternally grateful!!
