Hi, I have had problems for years but have only now had courage to find oot what it is , I'm also petrified of hospitals and doctor's, at the base of my penis (shaft) I have clusters of tiny little lumps which when I squeezed them a greenish white comes out they are all over my testicles too , on the head of.my penis keeps getting very smelly so when I clean it , its like a film over it and its like a greenish white all over and is really smelly an even worse when I try too use my fingers the smell stays on them for a longtime also I av noticed on the head of my penis on the side of it I have a faint black spot its never been there before an over the years is becoming more noticed also the head is of a greyish white , can you help me please as I am to scared to go to hosp or the docs

Get to the doctor ASAP this can be a sign of a very serious infection.
