My wife is 6 month pregnant and is experiencing some pain on her vagina it says its so painful as if its someone who has already given birth and with stiches on her what could be the cause

I could start making a list but would run out of room to list all the possible causes.

She should be getting to her doctor as soon as possible, I am sure her doctor that has been seeing her for the pregnancy already told her to contact them with ANY problems
