If you are in IT you should be able Google this site... guru.com (something like that). You bid your price and tell us what skillsets you have. They also have another section where people who HAVE projects along with their budget and timeframe post their bids. It's a neat website. Check it out - you'll know what I'm talking about. Good Luck!
