If you didn't realize that opening a new line of credit without you P.O.'s approval was a probation violation and then he found out through a random credit check, what are the odds that you will get locked back up? Or would you just get more time added to your probation? This is the only violation that has happened since getting out almost a year ago with 2 years of probation left.

It is not to my knowledge againt man probation rules, But each individual has their own rules, the ones your judge and probation department sets up for you.

They should have covered those with you. Was your crime "credit" related in some way ? Where you ordered not to do things regarding credit?

But in all of this you need to be talking to the PO

It was a friend's crime and it was money related, but he said he doesn't remember anything about credit being stressed to him as far as the 'rules' are concerned. He's trying to re-establish his good credit. It just seems like such a small thing to get locked back up for.
