My neighbor has damaged my trees(2) on my property to assure his view.
My trees are turning brown and dying from his action from the top and from their side.
What recourse do I have?

What recourse do I have?Call the police... get a police report... also call a licensed arborist (tree surgeon ) to rule on their expert opinion that the action of the neighbor cause it, in writing... and then sue them (the neighbor) for the full value of the mature trees.(can be in the thousands or dollars each).. and if it was me... I'd plant 4 fast growing trees to replace those two... just to make sure he has NO view now.

Now, you should move your tree from your home and for that you need the best tree surgeon and for that "shire tree surgeons Glasgow" is the one that I can suggest because it offers the best tree surgery.

Exactly where do you get the idea they are in Glasgow? This is an international site... and MOST members aren't in the UK.

Incidentally... in most of the USA if that's where they are from.. the neighbor caused the damage.. so the neighbor would be responsible for all the resulting damages and costs... wich can be significan in some areas. Of course laws vary by location.. and they haven't indicated where they are at.

And, also incidentally, connorjohn's post seems to be perhaps advertizing, which is against the rules of this forum.

My question for OP is this: how did the neighbor manage to damage the trees? Some sort of herbicide?
