I am international full-time student at University of Florida having my scholarship from my country and I receive no money from the states at all. Do I have to pay taxes and how much money do I have to pay?

Both U.S. tax law and all tax treaties provide that international students pay NO income taxes on income sources outside of the United States for the first FIVE years of their student visas.
