My 8 year old son showed me a pimple like wart like bump on the shaft of his penis that has a black center, the black part is like a line not a dot but very small... ho says it doesn't hurt & don't think anything is in there... any ideas??

Pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, bumps of all kinds appear in moist enclosed areas of the body. Some go away, some don't, seldom are they remotely serious.
