That's ironic. I have a tenant who refuses to go to court due to a bench warrant issued in may . Here it is June almost in July. But the case is different now. 4 years ago he threttened the city of carson & was arrested jailed for a week then sent to court sentenced to 3 years probation (not to allowed to leave the state or current residence. & here it is 4 years later, just reciently some time in may . A court date was missed for something different. The city wants him out due to bening no trailers allowed in the city (he,s living in one) on my property. My father wants him out ,offthe property, probation says he stays to finish the probation.
This all happened in 2 weeks . The city code enforcement says:he must go & the trailer must be gone.
Or they will sepenith me to court & sue me. The cops came by 2 weeks ago , talked to him & said to leave by the 17th. Here it is the 24th. He's hiding out & avoiding me. Avoiding everyone.

As far as I know he knows of the bench warrant & it's a him vs people case. & that's what the bench warrant is issued for.

The question I'm asking is: are the police going to grab him & that's it . ( I have ideas for the trailer:all his stuff is in there) just move it to storage. & inform him by letter . But he has to be gone (from what I heard jail might be the outcome.

Ounce the trailer is gone, the code enforcement will take pictures of the spot & close the case.
