I am 26 days away from 21 years of age. I have only had 4 periods since I've turned 18. The first 3 were induced with a Birth Control Pill. Due to lack of insurance and finances I was unable to continue the pill. My 3rd cycle was the first week of Jan 2012. (the one prior was exactly 1 year before) Then out of no where, with no medical assistance I had my 4th cycle from June 1st (2012) until June 8th. It was similar in pain & such, but it was only 6 months since my last & had no inducement. I did continue in having unprotected sex with my fiancé (pausing on June 1st and resuming on the 8th). A lot of it. Then June 16 I begin to have severe lower abdominal & pelvic pain, similar to another cycle. Except along with this symptom I have had a thick milky vaginal discharge (not itchy nor with odor), nausea throughout the day, Immense lower back pain, & cannot sleep due to the pelvic pain. I have never been pregnant. No STD's. Have had ultrasound in between my irregular cycles as to be sure no cysts or ovarian issues. None. No bladder infections or UTI's. And I bought an at home pregnancy test last night and it appeared negative. Is it even possible for me to conceive? If so is it even possible for me to have "pregnancy symptoms" so early?

Yes, it is possible for you to conceive, you still have both ovaries correct? Only a fertility doctor, can give you a complete yes or no. Are you on birth control pills, that normally, regulates your menstrual cycle, has your doctor recommending this to you?

Your being so young, I hesitate giving advice to you, regarding this problem. Many women, battle the same issues that you do.

Has your doctor given you a pap smear, sure he/she has.

You didn't ask for this advice, but I'm going to share it with you anyway.

If you are having unprotected sex, make sure you get the HPV Vaccine Shot or Cervical Cancer Shot. Cervical cancer can cause you to be infertile, and create so many problems on down the road. The more sexual partners one accrues through the years, the more likely they will get this awful disease.
Often during the early stages people may experience no symptoms at all. That is why women should have regular cervical smear tests.

Signs of cervical cancer...
Bleeding between periods
Bleeding after sexual intercourse
Bleeding in post-menopausal women
Discomfort during sexual intercourse
Smelly vaginal discharge
Vaginal discharge tinged with blood
Pelvic pain

Only a doctor can tell you what is wrong with your body for sure.
Good luck.

I have had been Vaccinated already as an adolescent. Have had smear tests for cervical cancer as well. I am mostly wondering if I am pregnant, could it be possible to have symptoms this early?
