My cat fell down the stairs. Her head is tilted to the left. She leans to the left and periodically she falls. The vet checked her eyes, ears and temperature. Said to bring her back next week for steroids if not any better. Any suggestions?

What came first the fall or the head tilt? I'm confused.
Did the vet give a reason for the head tilt?
If she was sent home with medications make sure you administer them properly other than that you will need to make sure she is kept safe. That may mean confining her to a room where she won't be tempted to jump up onto furniture and things and risk falling off.
You will need to watch her carefully including going to the litter and eating and drinking.
I actually would go so far as to suggest a carrier for periods to encourage her to stay still and rest if she gets agitated with trying to move around.
Typically a head tilt and circling means that they honestly don't realize which end is up.
It is not only confusing and frustrating for her, but may cause a little bit of stress because she can't correct it.
It's sort of how you feel when you are very dizzy.

If you feel that confining her is the way to go and you put her in a bathroom make sure the toilet lid is down.
