Hi all, am 23 years and my girlfriend of 1 year and half says she doesn't love me anymore. At first everything was okay and she used to tell me that she will love me no matter what. This happened when she went back to her university in a different country and now we haven't seen each other for 8 months though we communicate. I asked her if we can be together even if she doesn't love me like before and she said she is okay with it. What could be happening please? Could the long distance affect it? Honestly I really love this girl so much and I want her. Is it worth it? Hope you help me guys.

The long distance in affecting your relationship from what I can gather. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, but too long and the heart will wander.

Talk to her, and ask her honest opinion. It may be best if you both part ways, or maybe she's stressed out from school. There are endless possibilities, only you can find out.

8 months? I'm sorry buddy but that's the problem with long distance relationships. Its very difficult to work out and the people usually separate whether they want to or not. She's seemed to move on and knows that it will difficult to keep the relationship alive. All that's left is for you to realize that as well. Honestly I would just move on, and I know that's not simple as it sounds because I'm going a similar situation at this moment. Best of luck to you.

Thanks guys. Am finding it hard to leave her because I asked her if we continue dating even if she doesn't love me like before and she said yes, though she sees like it isn't fair to me. Again, she said that when she comes back home for holiday (next week for two months) she isn't sure if she will come back again, that this might be her last holiday here at home yet her parents are here. I don't think she has another boy, I know her well

Leave her alone guy because she is just being nice and gentle and hopes you get its over, and accept it. Stop the contact with those ridicules, and desperate attempts to keep her in your life. Things have changed and you have to adjust to reality.
