Old bpl frost free refrigerator timer does not get supply after defrost cycle on

I have no idea what you are trying to say, but if you are saying the defrost timer does not advance then replace the timer, if it is not heating to melt the ice then replace the heater and the defrost terminator after checking the heater with an ohm meter to see if it is open (bad) or not. If bad, replace.
