Hi, I have a rice-like size bump on foreskin, on the under-shaft area of penis.
There is no pain when touch, looks like a small pimple, no pus inside.

When I put on a condom, there is a bit of pain, probably due to the rubber rubbing against the bump. During penetration, the pain is quite significant due to the rubbing of the condom against it.

Can anyone advise? My wife is bugging me to see a doctor, but this growth seems like just skin.

Thanks in advance.

It is likely just a preputial cyst or pearl - there is info on this page about them occurring in children, but they also happen normally in adults too (just a build up of skin cells). peaceful parenting: Questions Regarding Normal Separation of the Prepuce (http://www.drmomma.org/2010/01/common-questions-regarding-normal.html)

You can rinse with warm water, 'tug', massage, and they usually work themselves out.

Hi,

You could have a benign cyst collection called an epidermal inclusion cyst. Or it could be a pearly penile papule. These more common in uncircumcised men than in circumcised men. It is not infectious and require no treatment.

But you can consult a urologist if you have any concern about it.
