I have only recently claimed to have disability living allowance, and my exhusband is telling me that he is entiltled to half of any payments I receive and any back payments owed to me because we have shared custody of our 2 children. No.. You've got to consult that with the lawyer who arranged the divorce papers for your husband shouldn't have any benefit for that.
