In July of 2010 my wife started divorce proceedings against me.It was understood that I would not contest anything and it was a mutual agreement.In February of 2011 there was a entry of default filed.Well at that time I thought a few months later that all of this would be over.Then the petitioner changed her mind and now what's half of everything.. We have a house I'm willing to walk away from and 2 sons 1 is 20 and the other is 14.From the time my wife left in 2008 the kids have stayed with me for 90% of the time.She has a business that was willed to her and a place she is renting.Because she filed this case Pro Per she has lied and manipulated the forms to make it seem like she has no income .She has turned in all the forms but she has filled them out incorrectly so Ive have to wait until 2013 until they review this case again.A few questions is there anything I can do to speed up the process?Even though the 6 months have passed is there anyway I can get the default overturned in a California family law case?Any help will be appreciated..
