Hi,
I have recently graduated in Dec 2006.I am filing for my H1 this year 2007.I was told that there is a separate kota for F1 to H1b apart from the general H1B kota.But just a week ago,my employer says that the bill has been passed saying that the special kota for F1 to H1B was cancelled from 2007 and all MS students/F1 status candidates also must file in the general H1 kota.:confused:
How far is this true?If so,when is the last date to file?

I am a computer programmer. I am a 1st year fresh man F1. So, I can't work off campus. But I got many job offer. I want to change to H1. Will I have a high chance of success.
