My mom wants me too live with her but I don't want isn't it against the Florida law to have me anywhere close too her if I'm under the age of 18 . Can she go to jail. I've been in an out of foster care all my life and refuse to live with her I'm 15 what can I do?

Unless there is a order of protection or a restraining order it is not illegal for you to be around her. Also we would have to know exactly what she signed or what happened if you were taken out of her home.

But it is not uncommon for a bio mother to get their life straightened out and go back and retain custody of their child. If you were just in foster homes and never adopted, she has the right to try and regain custody of you.
