Since my parents separated. They've been going through an ugly custody battle. Which has caused my younger sister to act out. When you take away something from her by not doing what she was supposed to do. She would turn around and take something away from my parents causing my parents to be afraid of her and spoil her. So that she would not do it anymore. But she is taking it for granted. My Aunt and Mom let her off the hook and make excuses that the divorce made her this way. But I am tired of picking up after her and watching my mom get stressed out by the things she does. I feel like threatening juvey would scare her. But I am just the middle child that doesn't really have a voice in this whole problem. So I am speaking on here to find help :(

Your mom has to do better and not give in. Once she gives in, she sets the scene for bad behavior. Juvey is not an option.

Ok I can definitely agree on that. But how can I get my mom to stop giving in.. And let just forget about juvey.. it was just a thought nothing completely serious.. If I was thinking more on it.. I think I would've elaborated more about juvey. In the forum just saying...

Stop picking up after her. Pick up after yourself and do what needs to get done to help your mom.

I already I explained that I pick up after myself and everyone else
We live in a tight place.. So I have no choice..
And I never whine to my mom about her..
I'm just tired of seeing my mom going through this..

Its stressing my whole family out..
