Nope... nobody that's not a friend or family is going to loan you money without a job... PARTICULARLY because of your bad credit, but the not working full time is a reason on its own. Because its all but guaranteed they won't get their money back.

Payday loans and advances are nothing but legal Loan sharking... and that's why they aren't legal everyplace.
