Wayne is a secondhand car dealer and places an advertisement in newspaper to sell a car with RM40,000 cash.
Bruno called Wayne says that he will pay RM45,000 in cash for the car, Wayne agrees to sell the car to Bruno.
On Monday afternoon, Bruno phones Wayne to say that he changed his mind and no longer wishes to buy the car.
So whether Wayne has any right of action against Bruno?
